Pickleball Galaxy hosts second tent sale on Sept. 9

Pickleball Galaxy, located in Clifton Park, has scheduled a tent sale and social gathering for Sept. 9, noon to 4 p.m.

Pickleball Galaxy sells pickleball gear worldwide but is located right here in our backyard at 606 Pierce Rd, Clifton Park, NY 12065. (Map)

There will be adult beverages from Yankee Distillery and SingleCut Tap Room served across the street at 5 & 6 Fairchild Square.

The store’s last tent sale in April was a huge success with people walking away with armloads of gear for cut-rate prices.

Pickleball Galaxy, which is known for loaning out paddles to prospective buyers, will be selling off its demo paddles. There will also be an assortment of returned shoes, used paddles and other gear.

SPORTIME Schenectady unveils pickleball membership and programs

SPORTIME Schenectady’s five indoor, dedicated pickleball courts are slated to open Sept. 25, 2023. The club released a large slate of pickleball programs ranging from open plays to beginner clinics and advanced leagues. They also offer skill-specific classes like how to hit with your backhand and a “Topspin / Speed Up & Attack Clinic.”
